Aventura ParkSquare is a project by developer Integra Investments and Zyscovich Architects within the city of Aventura Florida. It is a massive, mixed use development featuring a total of 131 Aventura condos for sale, over 90,000 square feet of office space, dining, more than 50,000 square feet of retail, a hotel and much more. It is the first of its kind to emerge in the popular metropolis.
The Starwood brand is overseeing the hotel and you'll also come across other amenities at Aventura ParkSquare such as a 40,000 square foot wellness center which includes yoga plus various classes to keep you in top shape. The residential units of the Aventura ParkSquare condo have one, two or three bedrooms and come with 900 to 1,830 square feet of living area.
With the profusion of amenities within Aventura ParkSquare itself there will be a number of activities but you'll also find plenty of places to explore nearby which include Aventura Mall, one of the most popular shopping centers in South Florida which includes an IMAX movie theater and restaurants like Cheesecake Factory.
